My Rolex Explorer is Falling Apart (Repair Part I)

The entire purpose of this video is to document the process of getting a Rolex serviced. This was filmed on 21 JULY 2021, and I will be taking this to my local authorized dealer. From there, they will send it to the regional Rolex service center for assessment. In 2-3 weeks I will get a quote from them and have to approve the repair. Once I have approved the repair it will take 8-12 weeks for that repair/service to be completed.
