Today i review the Shure KSM313/NE a figure-8 ribbon mic which offers a standard ribbon sound as well as a brighter ribbon sound depending on the side of the mic you use. It still has a full low end without being overpowering, a neutral mid section and a rolled off air frequency.

With this preamp you're getting +65dB of gain with a quoted EIN of -131dBu A-Weighted which is pretty darn good.
